We offer exhibitors unlimited numbers of "Free Admission and Free Raffle Ticket" passes to send your contacts, in advance of each show. You will recieve 1 Dharma Dollar for each one that comes in with your name on it, or doublef for more than ten. Dharma dollars can be used for goods and services at the expo or booth fees at a future event. .

Please let us know at least 4 weeks before the event how many printed "Free Admission and Free Raffle Ticket" Passes you would like. You may have as many as you want. There is one restriction on Guest Passes: Please do not distribute them during the expo at the expo site itself, or in the parking lot.

Exhibitors may also arrange for TV, radio, or newspaper interviews prior to an event, & may offer Free Admission Passes and Free Raffle Tickets to the viewers, listeners, or readers. Every attendee who mentions that they heard about the event from the interview gets to bring a friend to the expo for free. The exhibitor receives the same discount credit as if they had given them a paper or electronic guest pass.

Exhibitors are listed on the website in the exhibitor lists, & in the presentation schedules. Descriptions must be no more than 10 words or so, depending on the length of words. The website is updated every two weeks, so register early if you wish to be listed on the website during the critical weeks before an event when advertising to the public is concentrated.

To be included, you must be currently active in the shows (having participated in a show within the last 6 months, or signed up and paid for an upcoming show). The Bio Project is coordinated by Monique Chapman, one of our readers in Northern California. You can send your bio to her at monique@healing-visions.com. Please send it in an MS Word document of 150 words or less (use MS Words - word count (under tools on the tool bar) to count the words). Please include a professional-quality photograph if you can. The Exhibitor Biographies are updated during the first week of every month, so please get your information to Monique before the end of the previous month. Your bio can include an email link and a link to your website.
